Fugazi - Steady Diet Of Nothing

While not quite as lauded as "The Argument" or "Repeater", "Steady Diet Of Nothing" remains a fantastic example of Fugazi's undeniable consistency when it comes to LPs. The album is poignant and challenging both lyrically and stylistically from the opening drones of "Exit Only" to Ian MacKaye's defiant howl of "We will not be beaten down" on the closer "KYEO". The album is also a great showcase of some of Joe Lally's greatest basswork with the band, as a sidenote. Give it a listen, you won't be disapointed.
